Software Development Process
We are a process oriented company and broadly follow these steps in our software development process. We establish gateways for displaying the progress to the customer at regular intervals.
Project Definition
This phase involves establishment of contact with the customer, requirements gathering and contract signing.
Analysis and Design
In this phase, detailed specifications document along with a design prototype is created to show the shape of things to come. The specifications and prototype are iteratively modified until the final design is acceptable to the customer.
The specifications document contains details of the various screens, user interface interactions and functionalities as defined in the requirements document.
Prototype displays the screen elements visually and gives a glimpse of how the final product will appear so that the customer can choose to modify as required.
Development
One the Specifications document is signed off by the customer, the actual development process begins and customer is provided demonstrations at pre-agreed gateways during the development cycle.
Testing
Our QA team works in conjunction with the development team through the development process, and tests the product as it gets developed. We conduct a Integration test at the end to ensure all parts of the software come together as expected. At the end of the Integration test, we provide the customer access to conduct the Customer Acceptance Testing.
Delivery and Deployment
Product is delivered to the customer for deployment once the testing is completed and Customer signs off on the Customer Acceptance testing.
Web products will be deployed to the production server and monitored for a period of one month. Any problems during this period will be resolved by SolutionSpace without any additional cost to the customer.
